Cancellations and Modification Policy
NoaNoa Island recognizes that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we want to clarify our policy regarding cancellations and events beyond our control
No-Show: Guests who do not show up on the scheduled day of arrival will be charged 100% of the total room cost.
Cancellations within 7 Days of Arrival: Cancellations made within 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge of 100% of the total room cost.
Cancellations within 21 Days of Arrival: Cancellations made within 21 days before the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge equivalent to the cost of the first night.

Force Majeure: In the event of acts of God, fortuitous events, or conditions beyond our control. NoaNoa Island understands that circumstances such as weather-related flight disruptions or government mandates may impact travel plans. In such cases, affected reservations can be rescheduled within one year of the original booking date at no additional charge.

Payments and Cash
We require a full payment for your room to confirm your reservation. This is payable by PayPal or Bank Transfers. You do not need to register with PayPal to make the payment, we would simply instruct PayPal to send you a secure invoice once we have your personal email address.
The full board dining plan and boat transfers are due 1 week before your arrival or you may pay in cash upon arrival at the hotel. We accept Philippine Peso, US Dollar and Euro.
The banking infrastructure in Northern Palawan is still developing since it is one of the most remote places in the Philippines. You can easily change foreign currencies in Manila, which we recommend. Sometimes you can change currency in El Nido, Coron or even Taytay but often the ATMs are broken or out of cash.
